West Goshen Township, Chester County (population 23,040), a Second Class Township, is seeking applications for a highly motivated Township Engineer, to provide engineering, administrative and leadership support to the Township Manager and elected five-member Board of Supervisors. The Township Engineer performs a variety of complex professional engineering work in the review of plans submitted by developers and contractors for buildings and structures to ensure that these proposals meet accepted professional engineering standards and applicable code and safety requirement that include structural, fire and life safety, stormwater management, traffic, and geotechnical considerations.  The individual in this position also over
