GENERAL PURPOSE   Performs a variety of routine and complex work in the interpretation and enforcement of adopted building codes / zoning ordinances together within the guidelines of related rules, regulations and policies.   SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works independently to enforce the Building Codes and Zoning Ordinances of Londonderry Township.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reviews building permit applications for compliance to the zoning ordinance.   Reviews building permit applications for completeness under the Uniform Construction Code   Coordinates building permit reviews thru third party consultants   Reviews land development plans for compliance to the zoning ordinance.
