We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant with a strong financial background to provide vital administrative support to the Township Manager. Minimum of an Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field OR Equivalent Experience.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in economic analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial software.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Previous experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, particularly within government or public administration, is preferred.
